What do you think God means by "prosperity"?
If you think money is God's way of prosperity, then you missed the whole point.
3 John 1:2 "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth."
Do you pray for the health of your body and your soul?
1 Kings 3:1 -15 < Read this story> Solomon could have asked God for ANYTHING. In conversation with God, the LORD said "ask what you want from me." And Solomon chose to ask God for wisdom and that pleased God.
If you can ask God for anything, what would you ask for and why?
In everything we do, we need to do it to please God. Money is not the main priority.

God knows everything you need - a place to live, food to eat, and everything in between. God has never ceased to amaze us! He's never stopped blessing you!
According to Matthew 6:33, we are supposed to seek first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and ALL THESE THINGS shall be added unto you. Then later in scripture, God gives us abundantly more.
God never changes! He has never failed you! He is faithful! So why try to move without God?
