A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; a time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
Have you examined your life lately? What season are you in? Could it be a "building" season? A "dancing" season? Maybe it's a time for you to cast away the things in your life that are not doing any good. Have you considered if it is a time to speak or to stay silent? What season is it for you?
Jeremiah 29:11 says 'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD , thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.'
God knows everything about you. There is nothing you can hide from Him. He also knows what His plans are for you in this life.
Proverbs 16:9 'A man's heart deviseth his way: But the LORD directeth his steps. '
John 9:4-5 'I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. '
The time is now. Everywhere you go, you are different as you work the works of God. Are you working? Do you know your assignment?
Romans 13:11 'And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. '
It is time to wake up today. Is today the day you live out your assignment? God has given you something to do today for His kingdom. Are you doing it? What has He called you to and assigned you to do? It starts NOW. It's time to give up whatever is stopping you from doing God's work.
Esther was appointed her assignment at a young age. She was kidnapped and taken to the palace for an assignment that felt bad but was ultimately for a good reason. If God gave you an assignment, you might go through a lot but you can do it because He will not put more on you than you can bare.
Esther was chosen for such a time as this. You are here for a reason. When God instructed Esther what to do, she had to fast and pray because she had to face the king. Although he was her husband, she wasn't allowed to simply enter his presence. She had to prepare to meet him. God put it in place where she could go to the King. Her people were going to die and she had to go to the King to plead for her people.
Sometimes we want to go to God to ask Him for something, but we can't just approach the King without preparing our hearts. But God made a way - through Jesus, we can approach the King at any time. Our time is now to go before Him on behalf of our children.
Don't let anything stop you from pursuing your assignment. You have an assignment and we want to be found by God fulfilling our assignment.
Esther had to have confidence and trust in God. God's name is not in the book of Esther, but He is very present. Sometimes we forget God is very present and we can trust Him. What is impossible for us is possible for God. What a great and mighty God!
Don't let fear stand in your way or feel sorry for yourself. Why can't you do what God has assigned you to do? Trust God and know that if you continue to speak the truth, you are heard.
"Greater is He who is in you than He who is in the world." - John 4:4
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13
He has given all power and authority...Don't stop. Now is the time to be about your Father's business.
